He explained that as a military operation, he does not need approval from Congress as a war and instead refers to it as a "war" before correcting himself. He also mentioned disappointment over NATO's failure to aid in the fight against Iran, and thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their involvement in the conflict.
