A man has been arrested in southern Indiana, accused of kidnapping his 4-year-old child from Tennessee and transporting it across state lines. Skyler Clubb, 23, allegedly does not have custody of the child and took it out of Tennessee without the mother's permission. Police from Clarksville, Jeffersonville and Sellersburg located Clubb's vehicle and safely removed the child from him. The arrest was made based on a felony kidnapping warrant issued in Tennessee.
