D Dwight Rust Jr., the man charged with first-degree murder in the 2002 disappearance of his wife, Michelle, in Baltimore County, has been ordered to be held without bail. The state alleges that he was having an affair with his now wife and that this is the primary motive for the case. Police found Michelle's vehicle four miles away from her home unoccupied during a search and a key was broken off in the driver's door lock.
