“Big Brother” star Kamu Kirk has been criticized for making a joke about George Floyd’s death in a resurfaced video. The Season 28 contestant filmed his reaction to a person being arrested near his residence and posted it on his Instagram Stories. Kirk, who laughed and mocks the person, could be heard saying, "I can't breathe. I am gonna take that parking spot." Floyd was killed in May 2020 when a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for nine and a half minutes while Floyd repeatedly said he couldn't breathe, and was 46 years old. Kirk has previously been accused of being homophobic and called contestant Jason De Puy a "zesty bestie."
