Failure to signal leads to arrest of suspect in deadly Bronx shooting

Police have arrested Jose Kuilan, 47, for allegedly murdering 50-year-old Trojan Hart from behind on a Bronx street. Kuilan was caught during a routine traffic stop in the Bronx and charged with murder, manslaughter, possession of a weapon, and failure to use a signal light. The victim was found with multiple bullet wounds to his buttocks, lower back, and back of his head. Police confirmed that Kuilan and Hart did not know each other.
