A 32-year-old man from San Jose has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder for allegedly shooting at two juveniles after asking their gang affiliation. One victim was hit with non-life threatening injuries, while the second was unharmed after a bullet hit his clothing. The suspect was identified through an investigation by the Gang Investigations Unit and a search warrant was conducted at the suspect's home.
