Suspect arrested in deadly 2025 Harnett County shooting at large gathering

A Lillington man has been arrested in connection with a 2025 shooting that left one woman dead and two others injured. The incident occurred at a large gathering at a residence near the Shawtown Community Building. The suspect, 25-year-old Christionn Morquise, was identified as the suspected gunman. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 18.
