Hutto launches AI chatbot ‘HippoBOT’ to improve city, resident communication

The city of Houston has launched an artificial intelligence web chat assistant, named "HippoBOT", designed to improve customer service and streamline communication between residents and city staff. The bot was developed in partnership with Citibot, an AI-powered solution for local government. It is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed by the user.
