He is accused of participating in a cattle fraud scheme that involved 10 counts of wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of money laundering. The group allegedly used funds from investors to buy and raise cattle, selling the meat for profit and keeping the proceeds.
