The witness, who cannot be identified, testified in court about her son, Bobby, who died with his girlfriend, Stacy Zurita. Prosecutors are seeking the death of Gerardo Zurita and Leobado Zurita, who have pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder. The defense highlighted the witness's potential motivation for her testimony, highlighting her participation in the Witness Protection Program. The judge is still hearing evidence in the case and will decide if it can go to trial.
