The protests are being led by a coalition of over 200 organizations, including unions, activist groups, climate justice advocates, and pro-democracy groups like Indivisible. They have called for a day of non-violent resistance, calling for a nationwide day of economic disruption. There are also plans for at least 62 events across Texas.
