LSU freshman Richard Anderson shows he can play on the defensive line and wide receiver

LSU freshman Richard Anderson, a 5-star recruit from Edna Karr, has been an early enrollee at LSU and has shown he can play on the defensive line and wide receiver. Head coach Lane Kiffin has been impressed with Anderson's physicality and hard work ethic. Anderson is one of two Karr alums in the Tigers 2026 signing class, along with safety Aiden Hall. The team's defensive line is not particularly deep, with high expectations for high school graduates.
