Rachel and Marco Vargas, the parents of four identical quadruplets, are raising six children with the help of a former band van and a stroller named 'Rolls-Royce' stroller. The couple were shocked to discover they had spontaneously conceived four identical girls, a rare occurrence, and were told there was only a 1 in 40 million chance their girls would all survive. The first two babies shared the same amniotic sac and had a velamentous insertion of the umbilical cord, which can result in a 30-40% risk of death to the fetuses. Two of the babies were diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, or TTTS, which occurs when identical twins share a placenta causing one to give too much blood to the other. Despite these challenges, the couple's determination and positive attitude helped them bring their girls home and raise six children under the age of 5. They are now raising their own large family.
