The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Okarche, a town in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, with wind gusts of up to 70 mph and half-a-half-decade hail possible. The weather service warned that several strong to severe storms are ongoing across central and western Oklahoma and could produce large hail and potentially destructive winds.
