The police have arrested a man, James Morrow III, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on March 6. The victim was found with gunshot wounds and transported to U.S. hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. The arrest was made just blocks away from the scene where the shots were fired. The man is charged with Battery in the First Degree and two counts of Terroristic Act.
