Griffiths, who joined the Mail on Sunday in 2008, served as its diary editor from 2013 to 2020 and is now editor-at-large. Harry and several other high-profile claimants, including Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, allege Associated Newspapers used unlawful methods to gather information. The court heard these messages in the closing stages of Harry’s privacy case against the publisher. A final ruling is expected at a later date.
