Wichita Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in relation to a shooting that left a 38-year old man with a gunshot wound to the upper body. The suspect was found at a home in north Wichita and the victim is expected to recover from his injuries. The shooting occurred during an argument between the two men, which escalated when both men got out of their vehicles.
