The MOHI by Appellation, the first luxury boutique hotel in downtown Morgan Hill, California, is set to open in early 2027 with four restaurants and cafes. The announcement was made by California Wine Country chef Charlie Palmer, local developer Frank Leal, and hospitality industry veteran Christopher Hunsberger. The hotel will be managed by Leal Hospitality, who previously developed The MOHi by Appesson in the wine country centers of Healdsburg and Lodi. The restaurant names and concept inspiration are Youngstock, Solene, and Youngwood.
