The incidents have reportedly occurred for nearly a week, with homeowners discovering human feces on vehicles, mailboxes, and in yards. Police have linked Weber to at least one incident in the Spring Oaks neighborhood. Some residents reported finding feces near a shared food pantry over the weekend. The arrest was made after a detective witnessed Weber defecating in the front yard of her home.
