Dylan Kyle Ouellette, a 21-year-old student from Oviedo, Florida, was arrested after allegedly secretly recording a mother and her two daughters at a Walmart. The children were reportedly between 4 and 8 years old. Deputies with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office responded to multiple calls regarding a disturbance involving two men and Ouellete was accused of following his wife and two daughters around the store and recording them from the waist down. During the investigation, law enforcement reportedly found hundreds of pictures and videos depicting child sexual abuse material on Ouelle's device. The suspect was initially charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and was handed a $1,750,000 bond.
