A North Carolina woman, Ciara Frederick, is facing a murder charge in connection with the death of a 10-month-old child named Enoch Chappell. The child was found with multiple stab wounds and later declared dead at a hospital. Frederick is also being charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
