North Carolina leaders react to White House Correspondents’ dinner shooting

North Carolina leaders have publicly commented on the shooting outside the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, which left the president uninjured and rushed off the stage. The suspect is identified as 31-year-old California teacher and engineer Cole Tomas Allen. Since the incident, North Carolina leaders called political violence "unacceptable" and thanked the Secret Service and other law enforcement for their swift and decisive action. Additional leaders will be added if more posts come in.
