At Jewish Family Service, physical, mental, nutritional and financial health is the goal

Jewish Family Service Dallas, a North Texas organization that has served North Texas for over 75 years, has opened its new facility in Addison, Texas. The new facility includes a full medical clinic, behavioral health center, food pantry and financial coaching. The CEO Cathy Barker hopes to help individuals find solutions to their health issues, such as physical, mental, nutritional and financial health. The facility opened March 2 and aims to serve North Dallas and Collin County residents particularly. It also aims to address chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart problems and obesity. The move, backed by a $40 million campaign, aims to reach more than 50,000 total clients a year by 2028.
