Police in D.C. have issued an AMBER Alert for a missing 2-year-old child after his mother was fatally shot in Northwest. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the 600 block of Kenyon Street NW and found a woman unconscious and not breathing in an alley. The child, identified as 2-years-old, has not been seen since the incident.
