Michael B. Jordan, the 2020 Sexiest Man Alive, has undergone a physical transformation over the years. His trainer, Corey Calliet, revealed that working on the series was the first time he considered his physical appearance as an important part of his career and future as an actor. Calliet used a high-intensity interval training approach for the film Creed and introduced Jordan to Crossfit. Jordan's workout routine includes daily cardio, lifting and endurance based circuit training. Despite his demanding roles, Jordan has found more lenient ways to workout, including swimming, playing sports or playing with his nephew.
