James Gunn's first Superman film had a Green Lantern in it, so it's not surprising that the second one might also. However, this new Lantern is not the same as the first. The film, Man of Tomorrow, will feature David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult as Superman and Lex Luthor in a battle against Brainiac. The character John Stewart, played by Aaron Pierre, will debut on the show Lanterns later this year alongside Hal Jordan. There is no word on whether this character will also appear in this film. The InSneider reports that Pierre's role in Man Of Tomorrow will be a brief cameo, as Gunn's sequel has forced him to turn down other projects.
