5 new Denver and Boulder restaurants opening this spring

The number of new restaurants in Colorado is on the rise this spring, with several notable chefs set to open their doors in Denver, Colorado, and Boulder. The opening of "Riot BBQ," a restaurant from Austin, Texas, is set to feature its famous Texas Hash, cheddar hashbrowns, cornmeal pancakes, and a chicken and biscuit with spicy honey. The team behind "Glo Noodle House," including the Michelin-recognized team behind the restaurant "Glosé," plans to open a 90-seat restaurant in Boulder with a chef's counter and patio focused on creative sushi and noodle dishes. The James Beard-nominated chef behind "Marigold" in Lyons is also planning to open his new restaurant in Denver's River North neighborhood.
