Charge recommended against AG investigator in shooting death of Mesa mom

Mesa police have recommended a felony charge against DuLance Morin, an employee of the state attorney general's office, for shooting and killing Maria Lewis, a mother of seven. Morin has been on leave from the office since the February 28 incident. The case is currently being reviewed by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
