Most of this money is expected to be distributed to key management team, including J. Perrette, Bruce Campbell, and CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels. Gerhard Zeiler, head of international for WBD, is also expected to receive $82.6 million. The estimated tallies are based on multiple assumptions and actual amounts may differ. WBD has agreed to pay Allen & Co. an aggregate cash fee of $100 million, of which $20 million was payable in connection with the Netflix merger.
