The weather in Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been inconsistent throughout the spring, with shifting bouts of snow flurries and warm temperatures. This instability is attributed to climate change, which has seen significant changes over the past 16 years. The Indiana Air Quality Index has reported that temperatures have increased by 29.6% and other notable climate changes, including a decrease in windy conditions experienced so far in March. The National Weather Service Northeast Indiana meteorologist Nathan Marsili suggests that we're emerging from La Niña and entering a period characterized by warmer months heading towards a more neutral pattern.
