Victor Dennis Chrispin Jr., a former dance company CEO, is seeking the removal of his electronic monitoring device from his home in Jacksonville, Florida, arguing it would interfere with his participation in a physically demanding graduate arts program. The request was filed in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and has been substantiated by his attorney, stating that he has been in compliance with all conditions of his release and has undergone a psycho/sexual evaluation.
