Woman arrested for DUI after wrong-way fiery crash in Renton

A 24-year-old woman was arrested for DUI after a wrong-way crash on I-405 in Renton, Washington. The car reportedly hit a WSDOT sign near a construction zone and caused a fire, causing it to burst into flames. The driver was able to escape the vehicle safely and was arrested. The incident occurred just hours before a scheduled annual ceremony for work zone safety and memorialization of 61 WSDT employees.
