The high-end, mixed-used Apartments at Wayne Station, a complex that includes 24 apartments and over 10,000 square feet of retail space, is set to be completed this spring. The complex is located at 150 Lancaster Ave. and is being pre-leased by Dan Berger, CEO of Berger Communities, which owns the complex. The apartments will feature custom-designed amenities such as custom California Closets, quartz waterfall countertops, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in ceramic tile showers, and in-depth laundry rooms.
