A new ABC special, "The Mystery of Richard Simmons: A Diane Sawyer Special," aims to answer questions about the fitness guru's final years, which were shrouded in secrecy until his death in 2024. The special will include interviews with his inner circle, including his house manager, Teresa Reveles, who was the last person to see him alive. The documentary will also explore Simmons' journey from being bullied to becoming a fitness icon. The show premieres on May 12 on ABC and is available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu.
