The Minnesota State Patrol estimates that 100,000 people attended the No. 2nd No. 3 rally in St. Paul, about half of what organizers estimated for the March 28 protest. The event had special guests including Bruce Springsteen, Jane Fonda, Maggie Rogers and Joan Baez. The last No. 4 event was held in Minneapolis in October 2025.
