Naked man arrested after Highway 99 crash and attempted carjacking, CHP says

The California Highway Patrol has arrested a naked man for attempting to rob him of his freedom. The incident occurred after a car was driven by an unknown vehicle and subsequently rolled over. The man is believed to have attempted to rob the car of approximately $10,000. The police are not yet aware of the incident.
