Woman killed in Bahrain as Gulf states intercept more Iranian missiles

Iranian missiles have been fired at a residential building in Bahrain, killing a 29-year-old woman and injuring eight others. This comes as regional countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates intercepts Iranian drones and missiles from Iran. Bahrain's air defences have destroyed 102 missiles and 173 drones, calling this "Iranian aggression". The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force described the attack as a "sinful Iranian aggression". Meanwhile, the Saudi Ministry of Defense destroyed two drones over the kingdom's oil-rich eastern region and Kuwait's National Guard shot down six drones attacking the country's northern and southern areas. Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz has led to soaring oil prices, forcing Qatar to halt some of its production.
