Law enforcement is seeking the public's help in finding the woman wanted in connection to double stabbing. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 9 A.M. The weather department has also placed a Winter WEATHER ADVISORY through the evening for areas including Brown County, Adams County, and Northern Kentucky. Meteorologist RANDI RICO discusses the impact of the cold weather on roads and infrastructure. RICO points out that some services are not attached to the ground overpasses, which often cause quick freezes. The cold weather has caused some roadway disruptions, including a recent crash at 71 Southbound at TURTLE AA Highway.
