Man Arrested After Accusations Of Sexual Abuse: Police

An East Hampton man, Jose Miguel Humala Chabla, has been charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree harassment for allegedly sexually abusing a 27-year-old woman. The woman reported multiple instances of sexual abuse, which occurred in the past, and subsequent investigation revealed that the abuse was not consensual.
