Road signs honoring Captain Herb Emory, Royal Marshall give comfort in traffic

Captain Herb Emory, a traffic reporter, passed away in April 2014 just ten days after he championed the construction of the flyover ramps between I-85 and Ga. Georgia. The Georgia Department of Transportation christened the ramps on his birthday. Less than a year after his death, former Georgia state Rep. Micah Gravley passed a bill naming the two new ramps after him.
