Andrew Emerald, a 45-year-old man from Great Barrington, Massachusetts, is facing federal charges for allegedly threatening to kill and injure President Donald Trump on Facebook. He was indicted on eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications. Following his arrest, authorities discovered bladed weapons at his residence. If convicted, Emerald could face up to five years in prison and up to three years of supervised release.
