Driver facing OUI charge after crashing into home on Martha’s Vineyard

Zachary Magid, a 46-year-old man from West Tisbury, is facing charges for driving under the influence of alcohol (2nd), causing a pickup truck to veer off the road and crash into a home. During a breathalyzer test, Magid indicated he had been drinking and an alcoholic beverage container was found in the vehicle. He was later placed under arrest and charged with operating under the influenced.
