At least 10 vehicles were vandalized at the Alexander Harvey Apartments in Baton Rouge, a senior and disabled complex, on Tuesday morning. Residents are calling for stronger security measures at the gated community. Chester Saunders, a resident who has lived at the complex for about 20 years, said he expects to pay roughly $900 in out-of-pocket repair costs. The front office denied any responsibility for vehicle damage. Police are investigating the incident.
