‘The most loving person’: Loved ones of woman killed in hit-and-run remember her life as police still seek suspect

Savana Pendarvis, a 27-year-old Jacksonville woman, was killed in a hit-and-run accident in January. The driver of the Dodge Challenger allegedly accelerated and hit her car, sending it into a telephone pole, causing it to burst into flames. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is now searching for Alexander Rivera-Russo in connection with the accident. Pendarv's family and best friend, Tatiana, described her as someone who consistently showed up for others and always looked out for others. The family also shared their love and admiration for each other.
