Police in Wimberley, Texas, have arrested 60-year-old Daniel Grimes for allegedly assaulting his 90-year old mother. The incident occurred the day after police were called to the same neighborhood following a report of a mental health issue. Despite an alert being put out to neighbors, law enforcement lifted the lockdown order. Grimes is charged with interfering with public duties, evading arrest and injury to an elderly person.
