The third and final baby eaglit was born at the bald eagle nest in Blue Springs, Missouri, shortly after 9 a.m. However, the city of Blue Springs confirmed that one of the three eaglets had died. The live stream of the eagle's nest has been viewed worldwide for several days. The Missouri Department of Conservation installed the camera at the nest last year and managed to time it shortly before an eagle began laying eggs, allowing the public to see the entire life cycle. The MDC does not interfere with wildlife unless there is a public safety concern.
