Pasteleria y Café Rebrands as Café Nocturno With Focus on Late-Night Desserts

A month after debuting Pasteleria y Café in downtown Cleveland, Phil Davis and head chef Yaxcira Torres have decided to shift their focus towards late-night activities. The restaurant will offer a wide array of tres leches flavors and fresh-ground coffee, music and artwork.
