Asking Eric: I’m disgusted by a friend’s nose blowing habit

A group of friends, who have been going out to dinner together for decades, is disgusted by a woman's habit of inserting a tissue into her nostrils. Despite giving her hand sanitizer after she does this, she hasn't received the hint. The author suggests that if she has to blow her nose at the table, she should leave the table and go to the restroom. Suggestions for resolution should be made to this issue.
