Exclusive: a16z, Sequoia-backed AI startup hits $100M ARR

Cresta, a customer service AI company, has achieved over $100 million in annual recurring revenue. The company's CEO, Ping Wu, stated that the company plans to double this figure this year and is on track to exceed it. The firm uses its AI agent to perform routine tasks like booking flights and providing potential responses and coaching through calls. It was last valued at $1.6 billion in 2022 and raised a $125 million round in 2024. Investors include Tiger Global, Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Porsche.
