A 50-year-old woman was raped in a building in Highbridge, the Bronx, according to the New York City Police. The suspect, identified as a 5-foot-7 man, allegedly stole $50 and the woman's cross pendant chain. No arrests have been made. There have been 643 rapes reported in the city this year.
